Your personal trainer helps you tone up your muscles.
This session is designed to improve muscle strength and toning up in a preventive and soft way. Muscle toning has a favorable effect on your entire body.
Mainly intended for people who have been active at one point but have let go of the habit, muscle toning allows to :
– Slowly take up sport again.
– Get a more proportioned silhouette.
– Firm up the whole body (belly, butt, arms, bra).
We will do this through physical exercises making use almost exclusively of body weight, with or without equipment, to properly refine the silhouette and get beautiful shapes.
